    We needed a small arbor to replace a rotting one. It was a tall order! No one sold them locally so I had to go online to find one and I was not happy about that. [...] the assembly directions were useless. I had to put the puzzle pieces together on my own. It wasn't too hard once I laid out all the pieces on the lawn. It went together in a jiffy and the arbor was very well made, very solid. I was one happy customer and very relieved that making this large purchase online worked out. I will order from this company again. And you should have no qualms about ordering from them either.

    i was actually excited when i ordered it, but after receiving it i was, to say the least, disappointed! After putting it together, which was easy, almost too easy, it seemed to be a little on the "CHEAP" side (flimsy and wobbley). i live where it snows and after reading instructions it may not be the best choice. (should be weather rated) Also i ordered one without gate, but it still has the notches for the gate, which i dont like that "multi-use" product. if i had seen it in person, i would NOT have bought it[...].

        I was excited to get this up in my garden until I stated putting it together and found the predrilled holes were off and the factory machine screws were too big for these holes. I had to buy my own. As I was unwrapping and putting together (we used extra care because I didn't want it scratched) I found the paint scratched all the way to the metal in many places. There was no paint included to cover these errors. SO Now I need to try to match this color!! Really, I am not impressed, not even for the price! The value just isn't there. I am using this in my rose garden and can only hope it doesn't rust away too soon.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
