The Iron Black Antique Arbor Bench goes through an extensive finishing process to ensure that you receive a product that will retain its beauty for years. The base coat of this arbor bench is applied via electrophoresis. It is dipped in a tank of special electrophoretic paint solution and an electric current is run through it, causing the charged paint particles to attract to the iron. The arbor bench is removed and hung to dry. It is then baked in an oven at high temperatures. Finally, it is powder coated and baked a second time. The end result is an extremely durable and weather-resistant finish that will look like new, season after season.
