Good points. Well packaged, easy to assemble, pretty sturdy.
Not so good points...the gate is very touchy to line up so it closes pretty. It also lifts out far too easily.
When assembled, the arbor is a little less solid than I'd hope.
Looks nice overall though. Will see how it holds up with time.

Plus side:
We bought this as an attractive arbor and gate for a small 16 x 12 vegetable garden. It is very elegant and looks perfect. Good communication on delivery status, excellent packaging, very easy to assemble, seems very stury and strong, looks great, not cheap but is value for money I believe this will outlast the cheaper alternatives we considered.Its rigid and firm.
Negative side:
One small pictoral guide for assembly - but having said that it is really obvious and easy to assemble and took less than 30 minutes. Unlike some others we bought that took over an hour or more to assemble this one is a simple. There was one square plastic/rubber cover missing for the end of the top bar. Its a very minor detail so doesn't detract from our assessment. We are very happy with the arbor and recommend it to others.
Our only concerns are the latch and the door hinges seem to be flimsy compared to what we had expected. Its probabaly obvious but it needs to be very level when installed or the doors dont line up. And the long nails/stakes that were supplied for securing to the ground may not be adequate for me so I will bolt it to a 4x4 wooden frame that I will sink and anchor into the ground. It would have been nice to receive more instructions on how to secure it to various ground types.
Overall.... we are happy

Only draw back was shipping by common carrier whose tractor trailer rig was not allowed in the sub-division and even if it had been, it would not have been able to get turned around. Fortunately, I was home when the carrier called to meet him nearby and I have a pick-up truck in which I was able to transport the arbor's packaging.

This will be a partial review because I have just received the arbor and have not tried to assemble it.
The arbor was well packaged and the package was in good shape when it arrived. It is sturdy and well finished.
My only complaint is that there are no assembly instructions or parts list.
