With a little common sense and basic knowledge of working with tools, you should be able to put this together in about an Hour to an Hour and a Half.The instructions were pretty easy to follow,and all the parts were in the box.I really like this one, and for the price I think its outstanding.I had the help of my Father in law.You do need two people.

Yes, it really looks good. It was fairly easy to put together, had trouble with one of the angles... the screw missed and just could not get it in right. Surely need extra caps for the screws, one cap fell off while moving to garden. Then the supports were a real headache to get into the ground. They have to be PERFECTLY equal in distance, as well as "squared" with the "L" supports. Took a week to convince the hubby to go out and try again! Don't know how it will hold up in winds...a tropical storm or hurricane here, no.

Both my daughter (22) and granddaughter (4) helped to put this arbor together! It was a fun project. I recommend separating out all of the parts & label them first. Then, assembly is a breeze.
FYI - the little one used a measuring tape, showed off her counting skills - and saw first hand how building with her blocks was the same as building this structure. Good lessons!

This is a beautiful trellis for our backyard garden. Love the different sized rectangles - very Frank Lloyd Wright.
It's pretty large but not very heavy and I hope it survives being outdoors as a grape arbor. I called customer service about whether they had problems with wind damage and they said No so here's hoping it is stong enough to withstand winter weather and will support a grape vine over time. Time will tell.
It went together fairly easily but we had a hard time setting it solidly into the ground and the instructions were a little skimp on that part.

I built a Japanese garden and the Arbor fits in perfectly. Am growing grapes on it. It was easy to put together but getting the metal anchors in the ground and even was difficult due to very rocky soil.
It is situated in front of my kitchen window and is very attractive.

A: This arbor comes in two different colors, white which is Item#DU064 and in mocha which is Item#DU099. By entering those numbers in the search box it will give you all the information about them.
Q2: Will this arbor stand on its own for a wedding ceremony indoors?
A: Yes this will stand up by its self, but it wont be very sturdy.
