I was concerned with paying [$] for this as soon as I removed the materials from the package. The lattice on the sides are simply stapled together and several had already come loose in shipping. The Cedar on the sides had also split/cracked in two places (one on the top and one on the bottom). Plus the screws used to hold pieces together were not well installed (some were sunk into the wood while others had their heads sticking out and were not fully inserted). The edges were also quite shaky/wobbly prior to assembly - not as solid as I would've expected for something at this price point.Note, I haven't done the assembly yet as I am uncertain if I will keep this. I plan on calling the company first to determine what (if any) return shipping costs are involved.

Ordering and delivery were quite easy. I was provided a UPS tracking number which allowed me to know when delivery would be expected. Delivery arrived promptly.
