Styles
Two main varieties of trellises are ready for your yard, either type bringing distinct accents to your home.

Wall panels are the flat, latticed trellises Romeo climbs to meet his Juliet. These trellises come available as arched or fanned. A panel trellis may also come as a dynamic folding screen to stand alone in the yard.

Three dimensional obelisk trellises are more dramatic. An obelisk garden trellis can be anything you want. Virtually limitless in design, these trellises come in a variety of interesting shapes for your lawn.

Materials
Each style of garden trellis uses one of four materials in its construction.

• Iron and copper: Long-lasting, sturdy, but age quite differently. Powder-coated iron withstands harsh elements. A copper trellis will mature into a beautiful green hue.
• Wood: Usually a hardy variety such as cedar, this trellis material wards off moisture and insects.
• Vinyl: Low-maintenance vinyl trellises are extremely durable. Special UV stabilizers prevent the trellis from fading.

In Your Garden
Trellises give your garden an exciting vertical feature while protecting your home's exterior. Climbing plants such as ivy can slowly erode your home, especially the mortar between bricks. A garden trellis gives these beautiful plants a more convenient surface to cling to.
