In general, this is a good value. It took us a while to figure out that the seam in the top and bottom rails was there to allow the lattice to slide in, and the directions did not mention this. We are using two of these as free standing trellises in the garden and installed them to a depth of one foot as recommended and added quickcrete. This should be adequate to support a climbing rose bush.

not enough bang for the buck
The trellis is very pretty - however the Keystone was damaged and it appears it was damaged in the molding process and the lattice had a crack in it.

This arbor is very stylish and substantial. Adds a lot of elegance to an outside wall. My husband said it was quick and easy to assemble using his basic cordless drill.

Arrival time was prompt and quality looks good. However, I would have given it a 5-star but the directions for putting it together lacked illustrations of the first two steps even as it said put together as illustrated. We requested new instructions by phone and were told they were being emailed immediately. We have not received any yet and that was 3 days ago. My husband phoned again yesterday to make sure the correct email was given and we are still waiting . . . .
A little frustrating for what looks to be a great product.

I love the look of the finsihed product. However, the instructions were missing the photos in the first 2 sections. I had to guess where screws were to be placed.

It came as ordered, because of prior reviews I opened the boxes immediately to see if all was there. All parts were there including screws and instructions, have not assembled it yet but it came in perfect condition and so far I like it
